A Brazilian Bum Lift is a procedure which removes excess fat from your abdomen, lower back or thighs using liposuction and this fat is transferred into the buttocks through injections. The cosmetic surgeon injects fat into specific points on the buttocks to increase volume and improve shape. The surgeon will assess your photographs to check to see if you are suitable for this option. In some cases it is necessary for implants to be used instead of fat transfer.
There will be post-procedure swelling, so please don’t worry if your bottom looks bigger than you expected at first or if it is slightly asymmetrical. To help contour the body and control swelling, wearing a compression garment will be a big part of your BBL post-op care.
